1. Materials & Non-Leather Options
Do you manufacture genuine leather bags?
No. We focus on non-leather bags and do not manufacture genuine leather collections. Confirmed regular materials include PU, PVC, microfiber, nylon, canvas, polyester, faux suede and other synthetic or fabric-based materials.
What non-leather materials do you work with?
Confirmed regular materials include PU, PVC, microfiber, nylon, canvas, polyester, faux suede and other synthetic or fabric-based materials. Additional non-leather materials can be evaluated and sourced subject to project confirmation. Any certification, recycled-content or compliance claim must be verified for the specific material and project before confirmation.
Are your bags suitable for vegan-friendly brands?
Our products are non-leather. We do not claim that every material or finished bag is vegan-certified. If a project requires vegan, recycled, environmental or compliance documentation, the exact supplier documents, scope and validity must be checked before confirmation.
Can you recommend materials for different bag types?
Yes. We can recommend materials based on your product type and target market. For example, structured women’s handbags may need thicker PU or microfiber material, lightweight backpacks may use nylon or polyester, and travel bags often require stronger fabric, reinforced stitching, and more durable hardware.

Women’s backpacks are an active category, while men’s backpacks and soft travel bags such as duffel and weekender bags are supporting categories. Existing cosmetic and other accessory products remain available for relevant projects.

Can you produce backpacks and travel bags for the same brand collection?
Yes. We can help customers develop matching handbags, backpacks, and travel bags under the same brand style. We can coordinate materials, colors, logo placement, lining, zipper style, hardware color, and packaging to make the whole collection look consistent.
3. OEM/ODM Customization & Product Development
Do you provide OEM and ODM bag manufacturing services?
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM services for non-leather bags. Customers can send us design drawings, reference photos, physical samples, logo files, material requirements, or tech packs. We can also help develop new bag styles based on your target price, sales channel, and brand positioning.
Can you make bags based on pictures, samples, or tech packs?
Yes. We can develop bags based on reference pictures, physical samples, sketches, or technical files. Our team will review the structure, size, material, hardware, lining, workmanship, and production feasibility before making a sample or quotation.
What information do you need for an accurate quotation?
For an accurate quotation, please provide the bag style, size, material preference, order quantity, logo process, hardware color, lining requirement, packaging method, and reference photos or samples. If you have a target price, sharing it with us can help us recommend a more suitable production solution.
Can you help adjust the design before sampling?
Yes. We can help adjust details such as bag size, material thickness, handle length, strap design, pocket structure, zipper position, hardware choice, and logo placement. These adjustments can improve product appearance, reduce production risk, control cost, and make the bag more suitable for bulk production.
How do you protect customer designs?
We respect customer designs, samples, logos, and brand information. Custom-developed products will not be shared with other customers. If needed, we can discuss confidentiality requirements before sample development or bulk production.
4. MOQ, Samples & Production Lead Time
What is your minimum order quantity?
Typical MOQ is 300 pcs/style, with a minimum of 3 colors and 100 pcs/color. Final MOQ depends on material availability, product construction, order quantity and project scope.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We strongly recommend making a sample before bulk production. A sample helps confirm the material, color, size, structure, logo effect, lining, hardware, stitching, and overall workmanship. Bulk production will begin after the sample is approved.
How long does sampling and bulk production take?
Typical sample development is 7–14 business days. Typical bulk production is 25–45 days after sample approval. Final MOQ and lead times depend on material availability, product construction, order quantity and project scope.
5. Logo, Hardware, Packaging & Quality Control
Can you customize logos, hardware, lining, and packaging?
Yes. We can customize metal logo plates, embossed logos, printed logos, woven labels, rubber labels, zipper pullers, buckles, chains, straps, lining fabric, inner pockets, hang tags, dust bags, poly bags, brand cards, barcode stickers, and shipping marks. We can match these details with your brand style and sales channel.
How do you control product quality?
We check quality throughout the production process, including material inspection, cutting, stitching, edge finishing, glue application, hardware installation, lining, logo placement, shape checking, cleaning, and final packing. We focus on details such as stitch strength, surface condition, zipper movement, hardware firmness, color consistency, and overall bag shape.
How do you reduce issues such as peeling, cracking, odor, or color difference?
We reduce these risks by selecting suitable materials, checking surface quality before production, controlling glue usage, improving production handling, and inspecting finished goods before shipment. For markets with higher quality requirements, we recommend using better-grade PU, microfiber, nylon, or polyester instead of very low-cost materials.
6. Shipping & After-Sales Support
Can you arrange international shipping and after-sales support?
Yes. We can help arrange shipment by express, air freight, sea freight, or through your appointed freight forwarder. Before shipment, we will confirm carton size, packing quantity, shipping marks, and delivery details. If there is a quality issue after receiving the goods, please send clear photos, videos, order details, and a problem description. We will check the issue and provide a reasonable solution based on the actual situation.
