OEM
Original Equipment Manufacturing
For buyers with finalized specifications or approved samples, we produce according to confirmed product requirements. Support can include logo application, lining, labels, hangtags, packaging, color, hardware, zippers, trims and material sourcing subject to project confirmation. Customer designs, samples, logos and tech packs are kept confidential, and project-specific confidentiality requirements can be discussed before sampling or production.
Typical MOQ: 300 pcs/style, with a minimum of 3 colors and 100 pcs/color.
Typical sample development: 7–14 business days.
Typical bulk production: 25–45 days after sample approval.
Final MOQ and lead times depend on material availability, product construction, order quantity and project scope.
ODM
Original Design Manufacturing
For brands and private-label programs that need product development support from an early concept, reference image, physical sample or tech pack through approved sampling and bulk production. Support can include style development, material and structure suggestions, sample adjustment based on feedback, branding details, packaging and production coordination. Additional non-leather materials can be evaluated and sourced subject to project confirmation. Customer design confidentiality requirements can be discussed for the project.

How We Work With Your Custom Bag Project
Before Quotation
Reference photo, tech pack, sample, size, material, quantity, logo, hardware, lining, packaging and target price.
Before Sampling
We confirm material, color, structure, hardware, lining, logo artwork, packaging and sample delivery details.
Before Mass Production
Bulk production starts after sample approval, material confirmation, logo confirmation, packaging confirmation and deposit payment.
During Production
We follow cutting, stitching, logo application, hardware assembly, lining, shaping and packing preparation.
Quality Control
We check material, cutting, stitching, zipper, hardware, logo position, size, shape, appearance and packing.
Shipping
We support export packing, carton marks, packing list preparation and shipment by express, air, sea or customer-appointed forwarder.
Confidentiality
Customer designs, samples, logos and tech packs are protected. NDA requirements can be discussed before sampling or production.
Materials & Custom Options
PU Material Options
PU is commonly used for women’s handbags, shoulder bags, tote bags and crossbody bags. We can help select different PU textures, thicknesses and finishes according to your target price and market positioning.
Non-Leather Material Options
Confirmed regular materials include PU, PVC, microfiber, nylon, canvas, polyester, faux suede and other synthetic or fabric-based materials. A wide range of additional non-leather materials can be evaluated and sourced according to the product design, target price and project requirements.
Polyester Lining
Lining options can include standard polyester lining, custom color lining, printed lining, zipper pockets, slip pockets and functional compartments according to your bag design.
Fabric Material Options
Confirmed fabric-based options include nylon, canvas and polyester. Other non-leather fabrics, including Oxford or project-specific materials, can be evaluated and sourced subject to product design, target price and project confirmation.
